The trip will take place from Saturday, March 21, to Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The itinerary is heavily focused on business, with full-day meetings scheduled on each weekday.

Itinerary Overview

• March 21-22: The trip begins with a flight from Johannesburg to New Delhi via Abu Dhabi. Upon arrival on March 22, the group will be transferred to the Taj City Centre Gurugram hotel.
• March 23-29: These seven consecutive days are dedicated to full-day business meetings.
• March 30: The day will consist of morning meetings, followed by an afternoon transfer to the airport for the return flight.
• March 31: Arrival back in Johannesburg.

Travel Requirements

• Visa: South African passport holders do require a visa for India.
• Passport: Passports must be valid for at least six months after departure from India and must have at least six blank pages.
