Introduction
Pearson College London is currently one of the most modern institutions in the International Business School realm. Founded in 2012, it is located in London which is one of the most important, influential financial centers in the World. The central location of the school will also allow you to easily explore the city, as it is just a few steps from Covent Garden, the City and West End.
Our students will have at their disposal the entire infrastructure of Pearson College, from modern classrooms to corporate offices that will assist in furthering their specializations.
During your visit, you will study with the outstanding Pearson College faculty, visit and learn from executives at some of the world’s most successful businesses, and take advantage of the many cultural and touristic opportunities London has to offer. Students in our group typically represent at least 5 different countries making our programmes a truly multicultural experience.

Course Structure*:
The course follows a similar structure, designed to give students a blend of classroom learning and hands-on experience. We do our best to ensure student groups are very multi-cultural. Class sizes are capped at 30 students. Courses are rigorous. It will be very difficult to complete the course without attending all classes. Weekends are left open so students may explore London and enjoy cultural
opportunities. Please note, a graduation ceremony will take place on the last day of the programme.

Student Profile:
Experienced professionals, MBA’s, and those near the completion of an MBA or equivalent degree interested in improving their business decision-making.
Objective:
Students will capably integrate internal and environmental analyses to create and lead strategies that will achieve your organisation’s desired outcomes and drive growth for your business Experienced professionals and MBA degree holders, enjoy a unique opportunity to discuss cases and make and analyze decisions using business simulation software. They discuss results within competitive teams using contemporary theories to evaluate decisions. The course is intended to hone students’ business acumen by conveying an understanding of decision-making process results and consolidating participants’ current strengths. Participants will meet with top executives at relevant
companies to learn how these theories are currently being implemented in some of the world’s most successful businesses.

Advanced Topics in Business Management
Prof. Mustafa Muchala,
Mustafa is an expert in providing personalised revision support to students, more recently to those retaking APM or struggling to get through APM. Mustafa specialises in Performance Management, Management Accounting, Financial Management at the Advanced level and Applied Skills levels of the ACCA, CIMA, ICAS & ICAEW qualifications and also is a Certified Islamic Finance (CISI Qualification) tutor in online and classroom environments. Prior to becoming a freelance tutor, Mustafa was a senior lecturer for BPP, one of the UK’s largest professional tuition groups, where he worked for over 20 years.
Mustafa writes learning materials for a variety of ACCA, CIMA, AAT & ICAS papers to final level.
Prof Dr. David Atkinson
PhD in Strategic Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, a Diploma in Direct and Interactive Marketing from the Institute of Direct Marketing and an MSc by research in Strategy by action research. Dr. David Atkinson holds Chartered Marketer status and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), have also been a senior examiner for the CIM’s Level Seven Analysis and Decision module and currently Director of Marketing and Recruitment at Keele Business School, visiting Pearson College London to share my expertise.
Prof Ana Paula Mundim
Prof. Ana Paula Mundin is a transformation catalyst with 20 years of global experience working on business strategy, operations and organizational consulting across multiple industries. This includes the development of global offerings, assets and thought leadership to drive innovation and market growth. Develop her career spans across multinational consulting houses (Accenture and Deloitte), start-up (Axia Consulting – acquired by EY) and business schools, designing and implementing transformation projects across supply chain, product development, capital projects and sustainability.
Prof. Shahzad Ali
Shahzad has worked in professional and higher education for more than 10 years, having taught and trained professional accountants and business students around the world. Before moving into education, he worked in the tax teams at Dean Coopers Charted Accountants for 2 years. Since then, he has also worked in lecturer and education management roles at several premium schools across the UK. Shahzad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, professional qualifications ACCA, ACSI and postgraduate qualification MSc in International Accounting. In 2012, Shahzad started his own education and training company which specialises in professional education and corporate training.
A Chartered Accountant of 12 years, Shahzad specialises in teaching financial accounting/reporting, taxation, advance taxation, accounting for solicitors, business and economics in both classroom and online environments. His teaching style is clear and methodical, which will help you to approach your exams with confidence. His in-depth knowledge of business, accounting and taxation allows him to make regular contributions to Pearson College London course manuals.
Shahzad is also a freelance writer. As a Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) he has recently written raw content of Accounting Principal and Recording Financial Transactions for the HN Online 2021 Pearson BTEC Business units. Author of a book called “Fundamentals of UK tax systems” FA2018 suitable for Level 4, 5 and 6 students. In 2018, Shahzad provided IAS/IFRS training to Nigerian aviation industry directors on the topic of “First time adoption of IAS/IFRS”.
Prof. Vijay Bhatti
Vijay is a freelance tutor and a qualified solicitor into Insolvency and Corporate Recovery. After working in practice, he decided to move into training. He has now taught Law, Ethics, Corporate Governance, Insolvency and Professional Development courses for over 11 years. He spent over 11 years at BPP teaching Law and Ethics for ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CIMA, ATT, AAT, CTA qualifications. In 2013 he received a nomination from PQ Magazine as 2013 Lecturer of the year.
